1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using AutoWallX, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the application immediately.
2. Description of Service
AutoWallX is a personalization platform that provides:
- High-quality (4K/HD) wallpaper browsing and previews.
- Automatic Wallpaper changing functionality (Auto Wallpaper).
- Live Life Progress and Days Challenge countdown visualizations.
- Cloud synchronization for user favorites and preferences.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
- Wallpaper Content: All wallpapers are sourced from various providers. Copyrights belong to their respective owners. AutoWallX provides a discovery platform and does not claim ownership of third-party art.
- Personal Use Only: Wallpapers are for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or reselling of content is strictly prohibited.
- App Assets: The "AutoWallX" name, source code, UI/UX design, and branding are the exclusive property of our developers.
4. Auto Wallpaper & Technical Scope
The "Auto Wallpaper" feature uses standard Android APIs. Please note that background updates may be affected by device-specific battery optimization settings or manufacturer-specific OS restrictions. We strive for 100% reliability but cannot guarantee performance on all modified Android skins.
5. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. We use Firebase for secure authentication. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
6. Advertisements & Third Parties
To keep AutoWallX free, we display non-intrusive advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge that third-party services (Firebase, Supabase, Cloudflare, AdMob) may process data as per their respective policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
AutoWallX and its developers shall not be liable for any device-related issues, data costs, or loss of data resulting from the use of the app. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new version within the app.
